Refund Policy

I take pride in providing unique quality prints for my customers. You can order confidently knowing I offer a 30 Day 100% Money Back Guarantee. If contacted within 30 days of the original order date, I will replace or refund any print or product deemed unsatisfactory. And if I can’t make it right I want you to feel I did the right thing by giving you a refund.

Framed Pieces Replacements & Returns
Framed pieces may be returned within 30 days after the date of ordering. Since these pieces were made to order, there will be a 20% restocking fee, plus the cost of return shipping that will not be refunded. The exception is if the item is damaged, in which case I will replace the item at no extra charge.

Damaged Items
Damaged items must be reported within 30 days of the order date to qualify for a full replacement. Contact me to initiate the process.

For Returns & Replacements after 30 days
If it has been greater than 30 days since you placed your order and you decided for some reason you are not happy with your prints, then don't worry. We can still provide either partial credit or replacement options. Contact me so I can assist you.

Instructions For Damaged Items
If an item is damaged during shipment, contact me within a week of receiving your damaged print so that I can make the appropriate arrangements to refund or replace the damaged items. Please take some photos of the outer packaging and damaged prints/products to expedite the process so I can provide them to my fine art printer/framer. 

Requesting a Replacement or Refund
In order to request a replacement or refund, please contact me through our contact page and put “Refund Request” or “Replacement Request” in the Subject line so that I am alerted and can assist you.
